"Bought a new pair of X7 ignite goggles, got them home to use them and noticed there was a sizable scratch on the inside of the new lense. I took pictures of them along with my receipt to send in to the warrenty/claims department and had a response within 24 hrs. 4 days later I had a brand new lense sitting on my front porch. This company is by far the best that I've ever dealt with. No haggles, no beating around the bush, just top notch customer service. I'll never buy any of my gear from another company again."
