- How do I change my face shield?
- Lift your shield into the up position and pull down the pinlock tabs on either side of the helmet. The shield will release from your helmet. To place a new shield on your helmet, simply line up the circle ends to each pinlock and click into place.
- What products can I use to clean my shield?
- Soap and water and a microfiber cloth. For stubborn grime we recommend using the Nikwax visor proof cleanser.
- How long will it take to get my order?
- Typically your package should reach you within 2-9 days of placing an order. In case you want your order to reach you within three days, then you can select a faster shipping method before placing your order.
- When is the customer responsible for shipping charges?
- For any non-warranty return or exchange, we ask that the customer covers the shipping of the items back to us.
- What shipping options are available?
- We offer free shipping on all orders over $99 USD, and expedited shipping options upon checkout.

- How long are warranty periods?
- Helmets: Lifetime visor warranty covers broken or damaged visors for ANY reason. 1 year manufacturers defects warranty on the helmet shell, liner, and accessories. Helmet shell is not covered against abuse or impacts.
