• What size should I order for my jacket?

• How do I clean my leather jacket?
• We recommend handwashing your jacket in warm soapy water with non-solvant detergents, or spot cleaning with a soft microfiber. We recommend using Nikwax leather conditioner.
• Where can I get armor for my jacket?
• Our jackets are designed to fit most motorcycle armor pieces, so you can use any standard armor with our jackets.
• My snap on my jacket broke, what can I do?
• Contact Customer Service to see if it’s covered under warranty.
• My zipper is catching, what can I do?
• Contact Customer Service to see if it’s covered under warranty.
• What is YKK?
• YKK is a waterproofing zipper technology. 

Shipping

• How long will it take to get my order?
  • Typically your package should reach you within 2-9 days of placing an order. In case you want your order to reach you within three days, then you can select a faster shipping method before placing your order.
• When is the customer responsible for shipping charges?
  • For any non-warranty return or exchange, we ask that the customer covers the shipping of the items back to us.
• What shipping options are available?
  • We offer free shipping on all orders over $99 USD, and expedited shipping options upon checkout. 

Returns & Warranty

• What is 509’s return policy?
  • We offer a 30-day return policy. Please submit a Customer Support Ticket to get a Return Authorization so we can process your return or exchange.
• How to register a product for warranty coverage.
  • All warranties must be requested directly through 509 by submitting a Customer Support Ticket.
• How long are warranty periods?
• Outerwear:3 year warranty against materials and workmanship. Receipts or registration for warranty and for original purchaser only. Warranty does not cover accidents or abuse (snags, tears, burns, etc.), misuse (exposure to gas, oil, chemicals, burns, etc.), improper care of the garment (UV exposure, storing wet), not following outerwear care and washing instructions, or normal wear and tear.
