How long does the battery last on high setting while using it?
Hey Sam! On high setting it could potentially still be alternating on and off as it adapts based on ambient temperature and average body temp so there's variability there. I would say 3-4 hours would be minimal but could last 8+ depending on all the conditions around weather, even the layering could play a huge part.
When I plug in the battery the light in the jacket is red instead of blue. What does it mean? When I charged the battery the light was green in the charger.
Hey Derrick, so sorry about the confusion - I've got a lot of information for you so bear with me. The jacket button colors indicate the temperature setting of the jacket itself. The jacket button color has no bearing on the charge status itself. • Red light = high. • Purple light = medium. • Blue light = low. In terms of charging, when you plug the jacket into the charger, the charger itself should display a yellow light to indicate that it is charging. When the light is green, that means the jacket is fully charged. These jackets charge super fast so it may have gone from yellow to green very quickly.
