I really loved the look

"I really loved the look of the helmet. I liked everything about it, but I went by exactly what you guys said to measure and go by for the size and when I got it, it’s so tight that I can’t even hardly get it on my head so I called Your call center and they didn’t have the next size up so they finally did send me some new or bigger cheek pads, but even then the whole helmet is tighter than what you said it would be. I don’t know why because it’s the exact same size of my other 509 helmet. I got from you a couple years Ago. I wish you would’ve had another orange one in that price range and maybe I could’ve tried a different one, but I’ll make this do and hopefully as I wear it it’ll get better cause the helmet itself is a really nice helmet."

I see there are 3 shell sizes, what helmet sizes are in each shell size? Can you snap the vees system into a 509 altitude helmet?: Hello! Unfortunately the VEES Protection System for the Tactical 2.0 Helmet is specific to the Tactical 2.0 Helmet. We will be creating an Altitude 2.0 Helmet specific VEES Protection System which will be ready Fall 2022.
Can I remove the mask part and use it in the summer as well? Or is there a helmet that I could use for both seasons?: Hello! Yes you are able to remove the VEES System (mask part) and would be able to use the Tactical 2.0 Helmet with Fidlock in the summer as well. There is a standard liner, without the VEES System, that is supplied in the box.
