So so if you want broken straps

"Straps and step holders are garbage. Put on first pair twice second time I adjusted the lower strap. It broke. Did warranty. Had to mutilate the original PAIR. Received warranty pair same thing just opposite boot. Should be a one star as I havent heard back from CS. The boots themselves seem great. Little colder than I thought but very firm boot. Hopefully the 2. 0 is better???"
