"I purchased this item for Cold riding days. It was not heavy at all, it felt more like an average temperature thickness. I wear a Large helmet (3. 1 Tr and R3L) and the Large balaclava was much too big for me. I didnt care for the adjustable mouth opening, in theory its a decent idea, but I felt like it was more cumbersome and not worth it."

"I bought this because I prefer the open face helmet and, I ride in extremely cold weather. I’m waiting for the snow to fly for a chance to try it but it fits well and, seems to provide more insulation around my ears and, that’s what I was looking for. I’m anxious to see how it goes, otherwise but I’ll have to wait, anxiously, for the snow before I can offer any more feedback."

WAY too big

"I ordered a small/med and it was huge and fit very loosely on my face. My boyfriend that wears a 3x helmet also tried it on and it was also very loose on his face. The fitment and sizing seem to be WAY off with this balaclava."

So I made my purchase

"So I made my purchase in February and still am missing half my order. Contacted 509 multiple times no response or a live person to talk to and multiple tickets. Love their products but customer service I'm extremely disappointed and the fact they didn't even give me half of my order I'll never order from them again."
