Reviews

Fits all goggles really well

"Amazingly comfortable and lightweight. My favorite thing about the helmet is the wide field of view in the front. It allows for any goggle to fit comfortably. With newer goggles having larger frames, some helmets push the goggles down on your nose. This helmet perfectly accommodates all goggles comfortably. The fit ran a little bit larger than some other brands for me. I have zero complaints."

Richard (5/5)

Great helmet! It is extremely

"Great helmet! It is extremely light weight and incredibly durable. I do a lot of downhill riding and it's definitely a confidence booster to know I don't have to worry about bouncing my head off the ground. Also the locking mechanism for the chinstrap is an absolute dream. It cuts down on time messing with a traditional d ring."

Jestin K. (5/5)

Lightest helmet!!

"This is half the weight of my old helmet and it has an easy to use buckle. Highly recommend."

Tara S. (5/5)

Almost perfect

"I do lots of trail riding on weekends and I gotta say I love this helmet. Only thing that could make it better is a integrated Cardo"

Braden H. (5/5)

Epic lid !!

"Super light weight, I have struggled with neck pain with other helmets. This one fits great and you can barely feel its weight."

Q&A

What's the difference between this helmet and the snow version of the Altitude 2.0 Carbon Fiber helmet? I mean, is it possible to convert this helmet to a snow version and if so with which parts.
Hey Carlo, apologies for the delay here! While our helmets are purpose-built for their designated riding category, the main difference between the offroad vs snow version of this helmet comes down to the breathbox and hi-flow venting. In order to use this helmet for snow, you would need to order a [breathbox](https://ride509.com/products/pro-series-breath-box-for-altitude-2-0-helmet) and a [vent stopper kit](https://ride509.com/products/vent-stopper-kit-for-altitude-2-0-helmet) to close off the high-flow vents.
How much does this helmet weigh? On amazon they say it weighs only 1 pound.
Hey Mie, the starting weight for this helmet is 1,070 grams which would roughly be around 2.36 pounds.
In-helmet comm readiness? Does the helmet have the recesses to mount the communicator speakers (e.g. Sena)?
Hey Michael, yes that is correct - there are recesses inside the helmet that allow for speakers to be inserted.
