"Shoulders and arms fit nice. Body section is fit for someone three times my size. I ordered a medium and I am 5'10" 160 lbs. Not sure why the mid and lower part of R-mor is ballooned so big. Shoulder pads restrict arms from raising above head. I ordered R-mor vest for my kids and they like them a lot better. They are less restrictive and fit just right.. I was hoping for shoulder protection, but not sure sizing and arm restriction is worth it."
