"The first battery pack I got came with the google and lasted the complete ride. I started to ride more and after 4 years, it doesent last all day on intermittent activation. I needed a second battery to last all day."

"On year 3. Have not gt a chance to really see how the googles work. went to charge up the third replacement battery. And will not take a charge. The case is coming apart. This one i never even had a chance to put the rubber pads on. Every year by the time it is replaced, the cold season is over, were you do not need the heated google. Very disappointed in the produce. And by the time you get a replacement one the season is almost over."

"This was a replacement set for some bought in store that didn't hold the charge quite as long as expected. Haven't gotten to try them out yet as it's September but if they work as well as 1st set between the 2 I'll get a full day in the snow and I expect they'll be better. Customer service from Sean during this crazy/difficult time of staff and product shortages was awesome. 509 is the best!"
