"Overall great helmet to protect the little ones with modern safety, lightweight, style. The removable breath deflector is a stand-out feature. Be warned: the opening it smaller than other helmets of the same size making this helmet hard to get on and off. Even when daddy pulls the straps out, it's uncomfortably snug on my lil man's ears and cranium. The helmet fits great after the child's head is fully installed. Can I remove the piece that covers their face? It is too much coverage for my son and obstructs his view
