If you are returning or exchanging an item that is in new and unused condition, please click the button below to begin your return.
how to complete a return
Insructions:

In the returns portal, please input your order number along with either the email, phone number, or shipping zip code associated with your order

Select the item you would like to return

Select your return reason

If you have multiple items to return, you will repeat steps 2 & 3

Select the button that says “Return item or exchange for something else”

Select the button at the bottom of the page that says “Continue with return”

If you would like a refund, select the button that says “Receive refund of”

You have the option of receiving the refund to your original form of payment OR store credit

If you would like to return your item and purchase something else, please select “Shop Now”

Select “Submit Return” and wait for the return label to generate, do not refresh the page

If you are a US customer, the shipping label fee is taken from the refund amount

If you are a Canadian customer, please print out the pack slip and include it in your return OR put your original order number on the return box. Canadian customers are responsible for their return shipping.

Instructions:

Select the item you would like to exchange

For an exchange that is 1:1, (meaning same item, same price as your original item) please select the upper button that says “Exchange for” and select the item you would like to exchange for

For an exchange that has a price difference or for a completely different item, please select the lower button that says “Return item or exchange for something else” and skip to step 6

Select the button at the bottom of the page that says “Continue with return”

For a 1:1 exchange, you will proceed to the “Review your return” page

If you are a US customer, you will input your credit card information in order to generate the return label

If you are a Canadian customer, please print out the pack slip and include it in your return OR put your original order number on the return box. Canadian customers are responsible for their return shipping.

US Customers

If you are unable to locate your order number in your 509 account, please contact via support ticket or by calling (877) 743-3509

Select the item you would like to warranty

Select the last return reason of “Warranty” and on the next page select “Warranty Reason”

Please submit one photo that best shows the damage or issue of the product and select “Continue”

Please describe the issue in as much detail as possible

If you would like to exchange for the exact same product, please select the upper button that says “Exchange for”

If your original item is sold out OR you would like a different item entirely OR you would like a refund, please select the lower button that says “Return item or exchange for something else”

To receive a refund, please select the button that says “Receive refund of”

To shop for a different item, please select the button that says “Shop now” and proceed through the process

Select Submit return

Once submitted, your warranty will be reviewed by our customer service team. If they need further information, they will reach out from support@ride509.com. If your return is approved, you will receive a return label via email. If your return is denied, our customer service team will reach out to you explaining why your item is ineligible for warranty.
Canadian Customers

1 Year Warranty
1 year warranty covers defect of workmanship and materials but does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear (including scratches), or the natural breakdown of colors and material through time, exposure, or extensive use. This warranty is only valid with your proof of purchase, clearly depicting the original order date.

and Heated Shields
3 Year Warranty
3 year warranty against materials and workmanship. Proof of purchase is needed. Warranty does not cover accidents or abuse (snags, tears, burns, etc.), misuse (exposure to gas, oil, chemicals, burns, etc.), improper care of the garment (UV exposure, storing wet), not following outerwear care and washing instructions, or normal wear and tear.
INCLUDES:
Helmets, Outerwear, Apparel, Boots, Gloves, Goggles (excluding lenses), and Luggage
Lifetime Warranty
